One of the key services we offer is tenant screening, which includes a comprehensive application process. To ensure you have all the information you need to screen your potential tenants, we do all the legwork for you. We also offer a marketing service to market your listing. We offer tenant screening that's paid by the tenants at no cost to you (other terms and agreements may incur a fee).

Billing depends on the service provided. Transaction management fees are due at closing once the agent receives their commission. Administrative services are billed monthly, and listing preparation is billed when the listing becomes active.
